Returns:

Please note all items are ex stock and possibly have been tried on in store, everything on sale is in excellent condition, however some item may have small items that need attention.

We do not accept refunds on sale items (unless faulty). Where possible we can exchange your sale dress for another design of equal value if available. Returns must arrive back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. This includes faulty items. Both returns and exchanges must be posted back at the customer’s expense and are non-refundable.

The Bridal and Deb Room Online takes no responsibility for lost or damaged returns. We highly recommend the use of traceable mail.

Items purchased at a sale price is a final sale. We will not accept refunds or exchanges (unless faulty).

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if it becomes unavailable.

Colours displayed on our website may vary from every device. External factors including lighting/photography may also skew the colour of the garment. A refund for this reason will not be approved.

This returns policy is written in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which is managed by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).

All items will be posted within 7-10 days.  Approx delivery by Australia Post 5-7 days. 

If items are required urgently please email us to arrange express delivery at an additional cost.
